About the conference
The International Conference on Financial Guarantee is the annual gathering of the 20 APIGA member guarantee funds. For its 2026 edition, it is hosted by FONGIP in Dakar and will bring together nearly 300 participants from across Africa and international financial institutions.

The King Fahd Palace is located on the western tip of the Almadies peninsula, 20 minutes from the city center and 45 minutes from Blaise Diagne International Airport. The conference will take place in the main plenary hall, with dedicated breakout rooms for workshops and an exhibitor area in the lobby.

Visa
Participants whose nationality requires a visa for Senegal can request support for their visa by ticking the relevant box in their registration form. We then liaise with the Senegalese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate the procedure.
Language & interpretation
Working languages are French and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided in the plenary hall for all panels and the ministerial round table.
Dress code
Business attire for panels and workshops. Cocktail or formal attire for the gala dinner on Day 1 (by invitation).
