Everything you need to know before registering for APIGA 2026.
Is registration paid?
No. Registration for the International Conference on Financial Guarantee is entirely free. It is however mandatory and subject to approval by the organizing team.
How long does it take to get validated?
We aim to process all requests within 48 business hours. Once validated, you will receive an email containing your access QR code and logistics information.
What if my registration is not validated?
The number of seats is limited to 300 participants. If your registration is placed on the waitlist, we will contact you in case of a cancellation. Our team can also redirect exhibitors to dedicated registration channels.
Can I update my information after registering?
Yes. Once your registration is approved, you receive a link to your participant space where you can add or modify your logistics information (hotel, flight, special needs) at any time.
Do I need a visa to enter Senegal?
It depends on your nationality. Citizens of many African countries and ECOWAS members are exempt. For others, please check the "visa support" box in the registration form; our team will facilitate the process with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Are shuttles provided from the airport?
Yes. For international participants who enter their flight details in their participant space before May 1, 2026, we organize welcome and shuttle from Blaise Diagne International Airport to partner hotels.
Will simultaneous interpretation be available?
Yes. Working languages are French and English, with simultaneous interpretation in the plenary hall for all panels and the ministerial round table.
How will I get my badge?
Most badges will be distributed before Day 1 at your partner hotel or by delivery. For local participants, on-site pickup is available from 8:00 AM on May 11. Your QR code (received by email) also acts as a digital badge.
Is there a recommended dress code?
Business attire for panels and workshops. Cocktail or formal attire for the gala dinner on Day 1 (by invitation).
